Matt was available at times my bank wouldn't have been since I work 8-6PM Monday through Friday. He also was available on the weekends as well. He was always very expedient about returning any communications and matched the interest rate at my bank for a 20yr fixed loan. We closed within 30days without issue. His team was great to work with. Only downside, and this is nothing really against Matt and his team is just anticipate paying more in closing costs than expected because sometimes there are hidden fees from the closing attorneys and your HOA (if you have one) fees don't get added on until last minute (closing attorneys job) and there is no way to really predict how much these will be.

Conventional Loan Experience
My experience with Matt was a very positive one. He helped keep me moving along in the process as I was very busy with the move from Chicago to Orlando. Due to some external unforeseen delays we were in a pinch to get the loan in time for the desired early closing. Matt went the extra mile and made sure we had everything ready in time! Will definitely recommend him to others if given the opportunity.
