First I'd like to thank the entire Lake Mary FBC team for all their hardwork and time spent on my mortgage approval. It was a little bumpy but I got thru it. I'm extremely grateful for everything they did to get me approved. My biggest hurdle was student loan debt. I wasn't approved with a prior lender but FBC came thru for me. Loving my new home!

Matt Andre was fantastic in helping me refinance my home loan with FBC. I almost backed out because initially the numbers were not totally ideal for my household. Matt took the time to find out what was most important to us and then created several scenarios to help us decide the best course of action for our family. It took many emails and phone calls but I am extremely appreciative of the communication, attention and patience he and his team showed me. They were all very straightforward, transparent and informative. I now know more about refinancing than I ever have and this was my third time doing one! I am also very satisfied that the things that mattered most to me were addressed and the numbers worked out even better than I thought they would.
