Great Team
As first time homebuyers, the team at FBC did a great job of walking us through the process and making sure we felt supported and well-informed. Steve Davenport was particularly helpful! However, I didn't have any interaction with Matt Andre himself beyond the auto-sent emails on holidays and birthdays, and the auto-sent closing video.

FBC helped us on the mortgage of our new construction home. There was a lack of communication between different folks handling our loan and made the process a lot more stressful than it should have been. Things came up last minute that could’ve been avoided with more communication from the different people working on our loan. In the end, we were able to close but not without a lot of rework and changes on the loan.

Great loan experience with FBC
I would like to thank Nick Furbee, Matt Andre for their support through my home loan process. Nick was available 24/7 to answer all of my questions. Matt was patient and very knowledgeable. I felt I was in good. hands. I had just experienced a terrible experience with DHI Mortgage. I was misled and ignored. After cancelling a contract on a home I was still receiving closing notices 1 month later. Right up until yesterday.
