We were told incorrect information with our pre-approval on what type of loan we could use for a specific property. This was confusing and stressful. Some of the team were very prompt with answers to questions. Others were not. Documents were requested at the last minute causing unnecessary stress. Otherwise, things did go smoothly and closing was fine. But I was pretty nervous the whole time because I didn’t feel confident all was under control.

I will never recommend this lender or loan officer especially their underwriters unprofessional and unethical. They are fast to call when they need a document but they don't answer or return calls.

Wonderful
My husband and myself are not first time home buyers but in no way are we experts when it comes to home financing. We originally had another loan company but they were not meeting our expectations. FBC came along and was able to beat their offer and were so professional. We were close to closing when we made the switch but FBC was able to make it happen and only had to push our closing to the next week. We are so glad we changed companies! They said ya so much money in closing! They kept us informed the whole time and made sure we were comfortable with the process. Very happy and would use them again.
