Mary is the Producing Manager of FBC Mortgage in Alabama. She primarily works out of the Montgomery office. We did not end up using FBC, but Mary did an excellent job communicating with us and explaining the mortgage process. I know she would have been able to complete the required paperwork to close the loan on time. I would highly recommend her.

This is our 2nd time using this lender and loan officer. Both times she was very efficient in handling all the paperwork. After seeing the problems that arose with our buyer's lender/loan officer, it made us appreciate her even more.

To whom this may concern, We advise anyone, if they are looking into purchasing a home go by and talk with Ms. Mary first, because we started out using Fairway mortgage in 2014 and she was given s the run around. A realtor told us to try Ms. Mary at FBC, she is the miracle worker. We started working with Ms.Mary in 2015, she told us everything to do, and when we would be able to close. We closed in March 2017 all because of her. Thanks
