I shopped for rates and not only was Marci the best to work with qualitatively, she also was able to offer the best loan terms. Two time perfect
This is my second time getting a mortgage through Marci at FBC. She gets it done on time or sooner and gives great advice. She closed on my first mortgage in about a month, where the previous company dragged their feet to the point that I almost lost the house, When I refinanced she closed in less than a month, with a lower interest rate than we thought we’d get. Marci is the best!!
