I just want to thank everyone at FBC MORTGAGE LLC for all their help and dedicated work . But I would personally want to thank my Loan officer Lisa Wheeler. If you're planning on buying a home and you go with FBC Mortgage ask if Lisa is available. I have no regrets and so blessed she was assigned to me . She was there for me from day one when DHI MORTGAGE denied my loan ( Please don't go with them , they had me so stressful for six months only to tell me NO . ) When ever I had a question or needed help with any documents she would answer her cell or if she was busy or out the office she would call me back ASAP . When we got in contact by email she would email back before I put my cellphone down .She is very knowledgeable, polite and straightforward. Well I could go on and on and on ,but I don't know how long can I give a review. But I do know I had a stressful few months getting all the documents she would request , but she just wanted us to be prepared for the underwriters not to have any reasons to deny the loan and I also know you won't go wrong with Lisa, we never meet because everything was by cellphone or email, but if we ever do meet dinner is on me , Thank you Lisa 😊

Worst bank to finance your home.
I buy my house 2 years ago never a late payment. And this bank is trying to take away my house from me and my family saying they never received my payment when I sent a certified check always to the bank and keep track of my payments. They report I was late 90 days didn't let me pay my house and know they are charging me with lawyers fee.
