Unprofessional and Condescending
This is our 3rd home purchase and by far the worst experience of them all. We were treated as 2nd class citizens throughout the entire process. Even though my wife and I both have good paying jobs, virtually no debt and our credit scores were 800+ we were still treated as though we were homeless bums. We were told that over 75% of people in our area pay cash for homes. It felt that, because we didn't have at least 50% (or more) of the purchase price in cash to use as a down payment, they would have preferred not to even have us as a customer. I have never felt so insulted and belittled in my entire life. This company does not understand business etiquette or even just common courtesy whatsoever.

Although you might find a rate that's 1/8th of a percent less, the cost of your time and peace of mind is not worth it. My team worked tirelessly on my behalf, and were solely focused on ensuring that I achieved the best result. They even were able to deliver a lower interest rate than originally quoted.
