GETTING A MORTGAGE TO PURCHASE OUR HOME WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. ALL THE PAPERWORK AND REQUESTS FOR MORE AND MORE INFO. IT NEVER ENDED. I SPEND HOURS AND DAYS GETTING THE REQUIRED DOCS. AND THEN THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING ELSE THAT WAS NEEDED. IT WAS HORRIFIC!!! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY.

Lisa Amorosa and her team including Marcy and Connie really did a great job. Every time I sent them information they immediately confirmed receipt at all times day and night. I could not have hoped for a better experience. There were no surprises. I am self employed with multiple properties so my expectations were high, and they delivered. I have had to endure some very frustrating closings these past two years. However, working with Ms. Amorosa has been a very positive experience. Every time I contacted her regarding questions, her responses were immediate and helpful. In previous closings with another lender, I never got to speak to the same person, and I was constantly asked to send documentation that I had already provided- sometimes two or three times. Ms. Amorosa was very efficient and on top of the process every step of the way.

It was a pleasure working with Lisa Amorosa. She was very professional, patient and extremely helpful during the entire loan process. She was quickly responsive to all questions I presented. My journey through the mortgage lending experience was challenging at times, due to my job and my location. I work as a flight attendant, and am not always available to take calls, and even when I was, I lived three time zones away. Lisa was understanding and available, and should be commended for her professionalism and caring manner.

This the fourth time I have gone through the mortgage/home buying experience and Lisa provided by far the best customer service. Through no fault of Lisa's the process got very muddled at the end and we nearly lost the house. She singlehandedly cinched the deal and the loan for us. Even though we never met (but we will!) she treated my home purchase like we were related (I wish we were).
