WOW! What a wonderful person! Lisa was so very helpful to us in this transaction. She was always available to answer questions and was always cheerful and upbeat whenever we contacted her whether it was by phone or email. She was always responsive to our needs and helped us every step of the way regardless of whether it was in her purview or not. IF it wasn't in her purview she guided us in the right direction. Trouble on the horizon
I was told right away by a loan officer for the builder's mortgage company that there were going to be problems with getting my loan approved and it would certainly not be done by the builder's requested closing date. I called Lisa, saw her that same afternoon and she had an FHA file opened that same day and everything from then on went as smoothly as a loan process ever could and we closed on time. This is in no small way because of Lisa's and Jackie's experience and ability to get the job done.

Amount of information required was overwhelming. Know it's not the lender but requirements to be able to sell loan. Inability to have HUD less than 24 hours prior to closing is unacceptable.
