This is a third time I got mortgage on my house. This time I need to removed my ex boyfriends name from deed and Bank of america mortgage. I got Linda McConnell's number from my friend .She called me next day. I got all info from her and list of papers she will need from me. She answered all my questions and started to work on my case asap. I am very busy woman with two jobs working seven days a week. Linda met me to sign papers in my time after her work hours. She was super nice and profesional. She also did come to my work to do closing on my mortgage, because I did not have a time to meet her in her office. I am very happy with her work and I will recommend her to all my friends.

Don't know if getting a loan is this difficult to obtain in this lending environment, but obtaining my loan was a nightmare! Details of the requests were unbelievable and at times I felt like I was being treated like a criminal! I do think my loan officer was doing her best and is certainly experienced, but the entire ordeal took all my time to respond to requests and was a horrible experience.

User Friendly Website
One of the things I liked most about my experience w/ FBC was the ability to upload docs to my account in their website. Linda also moved very quickly on our refinance and was always available to answer questions.
