Kristin Hawkins is the best--we had such a great experience with the refinancing of our home mortgage. Her knowledge base is at the top and she kept us abreast of each step and was always friendly and professional. Her assistant Kim was also helpful, courteous, and friendly. There was always an open line of communication and Kristin always responded back in a timely manner. For any future home loan needs we will be contacting Kristin at FBC.
MICHAEL's Tip: Do not hesitate to look into an option of refinancing your present mortgage. We had more options than we thought were available.

This is my first time buying a home on my own. Everyone warned me that buying a home was a nightmare. Well my experience was like a DREAM! Kristin made the process so easy, and effortless. So was kind, and very informative. Home buying is not a horrible process if you pay your bills on time, keep your credit in good standings, and have good record keeping.
