Contacted loan officer and received reply in timely manner. First contact to closing arranged in less than one month.. We were able to conveniently submit and sign all loan documents online. Closing was arranged just minutes from our house. We have bought homes in the past and this was the easiest we have experienced. Would readily recommend company and personnel. Great job, great rate, excellent loan process.

I am amazed at how thorough and quick Kim Dorsett is. She knows her business so well, you know right up front everything you need and you don’t go back a forth a million times asking for more info. Also the process was super quick, and even with several set backs my closing package was ready ahead of time. I don’t think I will ever purchase another property using a different company or person.

Throughout the entire loan process, all the professionals I dealt with were knowledgeable, patient, impeccable in their handling my loan process. As a senior citizen with MS everyone took the time to speak clearly and slowly if I were having a bad day repeating information and/or instructions as needed kindly and patiently.
