He was always available to answer any questions I had, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and exceeded any expectations at all times He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Heidi Harper was also very helpful throughout and communicated anything I needed. She went above and beyond. They both were excellent.

Overall FBC did a good job processing our home loan and answering our questions. We uploaded documents to their site. I don’t think the loan person checked the site before sending my wife and I e-mails stating they needed documents sent to them or uploaded to the site. This wasn’t a big inconvenience but did get frustrating.
Thomas's Tip: Upload any and all documents to the link/site FBC setups up for them. Easy to use and quick.
