Kevin was very helpful and answered all questions. Videos were of little or no help. When we were asked to unlock credit for a credit verification 12 days before closing, it was no big deal. When the processor emailed the following day and said she would need to pull again to get within 10 days, I about lost my mind. Luckily Kevin helped.
