I recently selected Home Loans Today for a refi and they did a great job. The rate was extremely competitive and my loan officer,Kelly Timm, was amazing! She was able to answer all of my questions efficiently and was always available for me. I was overwhelmed by the paperwork requested but Kelly walked me through each step and made me feel 100% confident.

Good Experience!!

I found HLT through bankrate.com and the whole process went smoothly with Kelly. They made use of some on-line signing tools that were new to me and it was very easy to work with Kelly and her team. A minor thing is I ended up locking at a higher rate than I wanted and it seemed like rates blipped up exactly at that time but I blame timing more than anything. The loan progressed and closed just when we needed which was before the July 4th holiday.
