One of the best first time experiences by far
This was my second home purchase, but my first time doing a loan of this caliber on my own. I'll have to say with the exception of dealing with the buyer this was a very pleasant experience. Through all the ups and downs and the condition of the actuall title to the house, Josh Locke and Denice Prothro remained professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They were both very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Their knowledge was direct and always readily available without needing research or long periods of time between phone calls. By far, some of the most professional personalities that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Their kindness and perseverance have truly communicated the greatness they put into their careers. I am gratefull to have worked with both of them.

Great Company and lending agent
I had a great experience with this company. They worked on my loan quickly and gave me great advice and tips for the future. I got set up with the lender a year prior and he worked with me telling me things throughout the year that would help me when the time to buy came. I wouldnt ask for a different lender or lending agent . The overall experience was great and there isnt enough stars to rate this company.

My entire home buying process with FBC was smooth and stress-free. Joshua ensured that I was informed of every step of the process by personally contacting me, following up with emails and FBC videos (loved it)! He was easily accessible- which is a plus in my book. Joshua was never too busy to return a phone call or answer inquiries. He’s very patient, thorough and make sure you understand all details in the loan process. FBC, Joshua and Denise were the Best choice that I could have made to help me with my Home Loan.
