The only negative issue i have is with the underwriters, i have never had to send that amount of requested information in my life. It seemed to take a long time for the underwriters to get back to the loan officers, from start to finish was too long, my credit was pulled too many times effecting my score. The loan officers at FBC were very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Nichol and Lisa in the Pittsburgh office did a nice job with my circumstances. Thank you
