I don't believe the rate was competitive! I followed the 30 year fixed rate from the day first quoted to the day of of locking in and they were not consistent. I felt like they quoted a low rate when you could not lock in and then increased beyond what the 30 year fixed rate moved.

John and his team have mastered their craft and were always available to educate and provide assistance through every step of the process. I appreciated their flexibility and constant focus on helping me close on time with the best economics available. I am very satisfied with my outcomes. My one suggestion for improvement is the lead time provided for the pre and final disclosure. The goal should be to deliver earlier to allow for unexpected events and avoid unnecessary anxiety on the part of the customer.
