Alison and John were great to work with. Answered questions that we had in a timely manner and made not only our refinance a great experience but our original closing several years ago as well. The FBC team was great and we were able to get our refinancing done quickly.

Easily Navigated Landmines -- SO HAPPY!!
I was in the process of repairing my credit and doing well, but still had several potential stumbling blocks like a divorce, alimony, and previous bankruptcy to navigate. John's team, Alison in particular, was awesome and knew how to handle everything. I can honestly say that when working with a lender, you need to have 100% confidence in them or you'll be frustrated with bad advice.... I was NEVER so confident in a lender telling giving me advice as I was when dealing with John and Alison. If you're loan is complex, they know all the answers. I cannot thank them enough for helping me so much and they have earned my loyalty for my next home loan for sure!!
Patrick's Tip: If you want to deal with someone who has been there and done that, John's team is it.

The staff at FBC were great. We applied for a jumbo loan and own our own business, making the application process tedious and frustrating at times, but John's staff were great and were easy to work with. Had it not been for their professionalism and friendliness, I probably would have given up. My calls and e-mails were always answered timely. Karen always took the time to answer all of my questions and never seemed to be too busy to talk and to make sure I was informed and understood the loan process.
