Easy refinance
After being in my home for two years, I knew it was time to refinance. Since I had my initial FHA loan with FBC Mortgage, it was a logical first stop. But their responsiveness and flexibility made the process so easy. I travel regularly for work, so being able to ask questions on weekends and receive quick responses was very valuable to me. The entire team was clearly working for a successful experience!

Awesome Service
John and his team are awesome I was working with freedom mortgage at first and they ended up saying they needed more money and raised prices and rates. Well that being said I started thinking of not going through on buying the home until I was referred to Jon Fosgate with FBC him and his team made it very easy and fast and completely comfortable I had a pre approval in less then a hour and had it to underwriting in just a few days. They also ended up saving me a lot of money and made sure I did was right for my family and I. I can’t thank FBC and John and his team enough. Thanks so much! Next time I’m looking for a home loan I won’t call anyone but John Fosgate as well as telling everyone I know about him and his team!

My wife and I were extremely blessed to have FBC Mortgage, John Fosgate and Tonya from the New Symerna Beach office worked very hard on our loan, my wife and I had a small issue but they immediately worked it out and we even got a lower mortgage rate than before! Another easy experience
This is the third time my husband and I have used John Fosgate and FBC Mortgage for our real estate needs. Just like the two times before this one, the process was simple and quick. John and his associates made the process dummy-free and efficient.
David's Tip: If you get them the paperwork in a timely manner and follow everything they ask if you, it will be a quick process.

Poop communication, slow answers, and no return emails or calls for days.
This is my second mtg from FBC. John and Tonya were amazing. The slow forgetful calls, emails and communication from Alison and Carla was aweful. Most of the time, it was me pushing the loan process. Even to the last Monday an email from Alison before closing, saying she was sorry that she didn't email me back for the last emails of Friday.

these folks are the best. Everyone that touched my file was very knowledgeable and super quick to respond. I cant imagine having a better experience. Side note: FBC took the time to renegotiate my rate with the bank once the appraisal came in higher than I expected. Im not sure how it all works, but they definitely took the extra effort to get me the best deal possible. If you are lucky, you will get Alison as your point of contact, but they are all great.
