Johnny Cardosi Rocks!!
Johnny Cardosi worked wonders for me! Ours was not the usual cookie-cutter case and we had been turned down by every mortgage company, bank, etc that we could fine. Then someone told us about Johnny, He said he could make it happen. We were skeptical... no one else would even talk to us. Well, Johnny was able, against all odds to help us get our dream home! And, best of all, he was fun to work with. Always a straight shooter, he said it would not be easy and it wasn't. But he helped us jump through every hoop and work around every obstacle. Johnny and his team were always professional and helpful. Always eager to help. FBC, Johnny and his team are 10 Stars in my book! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far!

We made it to closing early!
We signed our house contract on 11/26/15 and asked the lender if we could possibly go to closing before the end of the calendar year so we could qualify for the Florida Homestead exemption in 2016. We knew this was a tall order as VA loans were taking 40-45 days to close at best. Our lender got on board, & while they couldn't promise this outcome, they volunteered to do their best along with our timely cooperation. Together we each did our utmost, and the end result was fantastic! We closed on 12/30/15, after only 34 days! Johnny & his team, Susan Gibb & Dana Gray were professional, friendly & courteous every step of the way. They got back to us promptly & provided the personal touch an ease of communication so often lacking these days. We're very happy we choose to work with this local lender, and would definitely choose them again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan!

Charles's Tip: Don't use a "Big Bank" for your loan. We tried them first. It was a nightmare and we got no personalized help at all. In the end the deal fell through so we went with smaller lender. No issues. Wish we knew then what we know now.
