I just want to take the opportunity to thank you Jody for all your support and help in closing my home loan. I had many questions and need clarification on many items. Jody was always available to educate me on the process and where we were in the loan process. His staff also kept me updated, almost daily. Their online process was quick and easy to use and their rates were very competitive. Thank you Jody for a great experience in my home refi. Expert help with my loan refinancing
Jody helped me refinance my 30 year loan, I had initially contacted HomeLoansToday from Zillow mortgage lead generation. Jody called me that very Saturday/Sunday. He got my details and thought we could lock something that day. Alas it wasn't to be, however he called back on Monday as he had nailed down the loan that I was looking for. He helped me securely get all the needed paperwork across to him remotely and I alerted him that I was going to be on business travel by end of the week. He managed to get the ball rolling and had appraiser in by Friday, there after we exchanged messages and documents online across a secure connection. I returned from my business trip two weeks later we closed the first Monday there after.

I was a little nervous about using another online lender due to previous experience. I'm glad I went forward. Home Loans Today had the loast rate out there and still covered closing costs. They answered every email, returned every call, and did what they said they were going to do. I didn't have to scramble for documents at the last second either which a lot of un-organized lenders often make you do. There was one small hiccup with the Title company on closing day but it got worked out. I highly recommend Home Loans Today for your financing needs.
