Very Thorough and helpfull
Jim and the staff at FBC were very thorough in completing my loan application and closing my loan. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the extra work they did for me to ensure that everything went flawlessly on my closing.
Eric's Tip: You will need to be able to print, sign, and then send many documents. I recommend an app called "Genious Scan" on a smart phone that lets you take pictures and email just the document portion of teh picture. This saved me many trips to a fax machine.

Jim is AWESOME! He is the 2nd person that helped me with my loan process. The first person (Bank) was not helpful at all. My realtor recommended Jim and I see why. He answered every question I had within the same day. He responds to all emails that I sent him and he may this process so easy! I would recommend him to anyone.
