Michael's Tip: Don't be surprised if the underwriter keeps asking for additional information, even if you feel you've already provided it in some form or another. Just stay patient.

I am a first time home buyer and was nervous about the entire process... Which lender should I go with? How many comparisons should I do? Is this the best for me? etc etc.... Let me just say that FBC and Team Pitcher were amazing. They were there for me every step of the way. I did end up getting another quote to compare and it wasn't anywhere near what FBC's offer was. My loan officer was so attentive and really made sure that I had access to all my options. The entire team was friendly and was always willing to answer any of my questions. They were easy to access as well. I'd call or email and have a response normally within the hour. I'm so glad I went with FBC and will for sure use them in the future.
