The customized experience
Jay and company were very professional throughout the whole loan process. Jay sends out these customized video with your name embedded in the videos. At one point there was a biopsy with my name written on it. Once my wife saw that she said - No way! Let’s close on this house before you get any funny ideas. Thank you Jay! I am going to buy another investment home soon and it will be with Jay. Besides, have extra money saved from not getting that boat.
Alberto's Tip: Use the portal. Lots of information there. Easy to follow all the steps for all the paperwork needed. Trust the portal. It will connect to your W2 and bank to get all the supporting evidence you need.

Mortgage Process
Jay through the process was very helpful. The people he had assisting him were a little difficult to deal with at times. They seem not to communicate with each other, requiring duplicate information or information at the last moments.
