Fbc mortgage really took care of me as far as setting up my loan and helping me make this dream come true. This is the second time I've gone through Jay Holmes at FBC when I purchased a home and the entire process again, was completely seamless. Jay and Don turn what could be a very stressful process in to a very simple one. They make the loan part of the process the least stressful part of everything from start to finish. Jay is always available to talk you through any question and is very patient and helps explain everything so that you completely understand all that is happening. Don's communication is exceptional throughout this also. He sends a list of documents he will need from you along the way and as soon as you send pieces over he sends an updated list so you always know exactly where you are in the process and what they still need from you. His instructions are very clear and concise and he is extremely responsive also. Overall, there is nothing but great things to say about going through FBC, especially Jay and Don!!
