I had never bought a house before and I was nervous to say the least. I had no idea where to begin or what I needed to do but Jay made the process so smooth. Anytime I needed to do anything or provide any information Jay was right there letting me know what to do and where we stood in the whole process. Could not be more pleased how it all worked out and I would recommend Jay to anyone I know that is interested in getting a mortgage

Jay and Donald were great for a first time home buyer
Jay and Donald were awesome to work with in terms of getting a loan. They were patient with me in letting me shop around for different flood insurance policies before I applied for the loan to make sure the numbers worked out. Then when I had chosen my insurance they worked quickly to get my loan approved in time for the commitment date. Jay was great and met with me in person to go over the different purchase scenarios before I had settled on a property. Donald was great when I was applying for the loan and would send email updates as I completed things that needed to be done and let me know what was left. I was able to upload all documents online and I everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I'm a first time buyer so it was nice to feel like they had my back and were helping through all the documents.
