We got the house
Started working with FBC in March 2021 (New Build) and everything went smoothly until the day we were supposed to close in Sept. 2021. On the day of closing there was a curveball with the loan on USDA's side. It was frustrating on our part that these things hadn't been double checked and taken care of before the day of closing. This led to 2 difficult weeks with the loan in limbo and not a lot of communication or explanation as to what was really going on. That caused complications in our lives due to having to rescheduling all our moving plans and time off at work. It was a very frustrating couple of weeks but we are extremely happy with the end result. The loan was approved and we got our dream house due to the ability of Jason and his team in working through these last minute challenges.
