My husband and I found ourselves in the very fortunate situation of being able to buy our dream home. Due to the unexpected price drop coupled with the fact that we were not looking to move any time soon, we had to act quickly. We originally called our previous lender/loan officer team thinking that was the fastest way to get this going. To our surprise, it was not. We ended up using Jason, who came highly referred. Jason did not disappoint. As soon as he learned of our situation, he acted quickly and made us feel like we were the only couple he was working with. He even took the time to gather all of our initial information on a Sunday! Throughout the whole process, he was professional, prompt in responding, and really personable. While I never personally communicated with our lender, FBC Mortgage, I would still recommend them as everything Jason said would happen did, and they were also prompt and clear with their mail communications as well as the email documents they sent. We really enjoyed working with Jason as well as FBC, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell.

Noah's Tip: If you live in the Southern NH area, work with Jason Caruso! Also, take your loan officer up on his offer to keep you updated on rates.
