Poor Customer Service, Unprofessional
I wouldn’t recommend this lender.
John's Tip: Be careful when addressing concerns as James Maddox is particularly defensive and argumentative. It’s very difficult to express your concerns regarding your experience. James interrupts you which makes it difficult to fully address your concern. We are first time buyers and had a lot questions regarding a loan of this size. That said, my advise is to not contact James w/ questions or concerns outside of regular business hours as was not appreciated (by James in particular). We never closed on the loan with FBC. We choose to go elsewhere in light of our experience as detailed above.
