Both Jaad and Dawn to a good job getting this loan funded in a 30 day period. They were able to get the loan manually underwritten which is not common. The only hiccup was that builder was paying the closing costs but that was not what the closing attorney had on our closing paperwork. They were able to fix this without any delay to the closing.
Phillip's Tip: If you have any questions, Dawn is the easiest person to get in touch with. If she does not have the answer, she will get you in touch with the right person.

Jaad was very helpful with information about our loan. There was a whole team in place to assist him with the processing.
Barry's Tip: The team caused some confusion by one member requesting documents that had already been provided previously. Also, each new team member had a personalized email address which made it difficult for me to pick them out of the many emails I get each day from various sources. There was once when I missed a team member's email because it got lost in the shuffle of clearing out my spam emails. Having one standard email address or identification of same would have helped me notice who it was from more easily.

Wonderful Experience

Jaad and his staff were quick to address questions and concerns (my first home purchase). I told him I was in a hurry to close as I was temporarily with family. We closed in 18 days! I am so glad I found them and would not recommend doing business with anyone else!

Simple Loan Process
The process with Jaad was great. I feel like im a loan expert with the way he broke things down for me and how he took his time explaining everything and all the options while returning my calls and emails in a timely manner. Already referred a friend to him. Great guy but more importantly, he knows what he's doing and I felt like he was clear, honest and thorough from the first step to the last.

Additionally, though, Jaad provided extremely personalized service and answered all my questions thoroughly and accurately. I am not easily impressed but Jaad impressed me immensely.
