You're In Great Hands With Jaad
I ask a lot of questions just so I fully understand everything that's going on in the process and Jaad was helpful in making sure that I understand all of the details at every turn. What Jaad and FBC do great at is keeping you (and your realtor) up to date as to where you are in the process. Even when a slight issue came up, Jaad was at our closing and made sure all was good. I've now been a part of three closings and Jaad is the only lender that I've seen actually attend. I love that personal touch!

Jaad and Keith were so helpful in getting me up to speed on the process and all of the steps I needed to take in advance of applying for a home loan to improve my credit score. It was a little bit of a process for me, coming out of a divorce and getting back in to the working world again, but they helped me devise a game plan with baby steps to take and small goals each month to work towards. It went by so much faster than I expected and when it was time to start the loan process, they were extremely detailed in what paperwork I needed to provide in order to be approved. And because of that, it was a pretty smooth process!
