Best Experience EVER!
Isabel Pittman was the best loan officer we could have asked for while buying our home. We had our house under contract and the first house we had on contract fell through. Isabel was able to keep us on track while we found another house and we were able to keep our SAME close date to coincide with the sale of our house. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

We call her our “Angel”, not only did she guide us every step of the way in the processing of our loan but she was on top of everything and everybody, making sure that all was in order and on time for the closing of our home. Will not come back
This was the second time I requested this loan officer for services. The first time apparently I was not worth it and she simply disappeared, not replying to my calls and e-mails anymore and I gave up. I was trying to refinance a house.The second time my builder indicated this companyn again as preferred. Customer service was slightly better, however, not only once or twice documents sent were lost. Some necessary documents were not asked for until the very last minute and many other problems and "bumps"... This is my seventh loan and I never had this many problems before...

Isabel treated me excellent. Although not much English she took the time to explain all I had doubt. Thanks to her I have my house now paying less than what I expected. My worst nightmare
My rating should say 0 but the system did not allow me to put 0. The closing was scheduled for 8/7/13 I took the day off and she request an extension for 8/9/13 at 3:00 pm,thirty minutes before the closing she notifies me that I have to contribute $ 4,000 more than agreed or unfortunately was not going to be able to close and worst of all by text message. After that text she never answered my calls and I had to call a manager. Always blame the underwriter for all the mistakes. By law the disclosure needs to be done 48 hours before the closing, I never received a disclosure. My Realtor was the one who refer me FBC and with this nightmare he apologize and told me he will never ever again refer any clients to FBC. I am very disappointed, angry and frustrated.

Isabel was recommended to me by a coworker. I could not have been happier with my choice. After being given the run-around from a different company, I decided to try Isabel at FBC. Everyone I interacted with at FBC was courteous, professional, and made me feel like their priority. I had tons of questions and was very anxious about the process. Isabel was always patient and always made me feel better on many occasions, and I know some of my questions must have seemed silly. Isabel was very quick to return calls and communicated clearly and honestly. I will recommend Isabel/FBC to anyone trying to purchase a home.
