Greg is awesome, everytime I had a question he'd pick up his phone and answer it for me. He even knew it was me calling and refered to me by my first name everytime. Those little things go a long way.He was very patient with me and my wife through the loan process, being that it was our first time doing this. Great dude as well.

Lending experience
In the initial stage of loan process the response from lending team was good but towards closing I felt lender worked more towards builder side than borrower as time & again loan officer told me they will work with me as a friend including his boss who mentioned a day before closing they will try to help me as my closing was moved forward by almost 2 months but surprisingly nobody turned back even on the day of closing even till today to know how closing was done. I am giving 4 stars just because they gave me a good interest rate otherwise I wouldn’t have given for sure. Anyways On the whole I have OK experience with FBC but it will be great if they can work closely with borrower on their concerns as well needs.
