We are United States Citizens who are currently living and working in Saudi Arabia. Because of the complications of being Expats we were refused a loan by Chase Mortgage. So we went to our Builder and explained the problem with Chase. And our Sales Rep said let me call someone who I know can get it done. She called Gordon. Gordon immediately called us and got all of our pre-qual information. Then he sent us a list of items he needed. We submitted those items and Magically we were Clear to Close. I traveled back to the US for closing. And to add to Gordons professionalism, he showed up at the Closing so he could meet me Face to Face. This was my 3rd loan closing and it was a phenomenal experience! Gordon and Laura's communication, service, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were always available to answer questions. I appreciated the e-cards for various holidays - it added that extra touch to say "thank you for your business and I'm thinking of you during your process". Gordon took time out of his schedule to show up to my closing, which was a first and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Gordon and Laura - their teamwork was simply exceptional!

Smooth from Start to Finish
Once I got Gordon and Laura all of the needed documents at the start of the process, it was simply esigning, and printing/signing/scanning docs after that. They kept me informed throughout and answered any questions I had. While I do not plan to use them again for a long time (since we just closed on our "forever home" on 4/20/18), I will gladly recommend them to others who want a seemless mortgage process
