Just got into my new house, and this would not have happened so smoothly without Gordon and his team's help. Being a first time home buyer, you can easily get confused by all the information out there. All my doubts and fears went away from the first time I talked to Gordon: he took his time to explain everything, and did not pressure me at anytime (much appreciated by the way!!!). After talking to a few lenders, he had to be my first pick. Gordon picked up the phone anytime I needed him, and always replied to my emails very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Great experience!!!

Some of the most important things to me when doing business is integrity, a straightforward approach, support, and great follow-through. Gordon and Laura were absolutely fantastic to work with!! Their follow-up, quick responses, and ease of doing business with has been the absolute best throughout this building and purchasing process. There wasn't a time that I called Gordon where he didn't pick-up, email, or text me back. He was through in waking me through the process and always open to ALL the many questions that I had. I am a tough grader, because I have high expectations, and I am more than pleased to say that Gordon and Laura exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using them!!! Best of luck!

As a first time home buyer, it was natural to feel a bit anxious about the whole process. Picking a lender seemed like a task in itself. I spoke to a few lenders/loan originators before speaking to Gordon, with FBC, and none made me feel at ease like he did. Throughout the process, Gordon and Laura kept me informed of what was going on or what documents they needed from me. I'm a person who works a lot and generally not accessible by phone during normal work hours, so it was such a relief to be able to do business with Gordon and Laura by email, text, and phone calls- many times after hours and later in the evening. I'm not sure that I can thank them enough for being available to me during my free time, not exactly theirs. They made the lending process easy for me! I can and will recommend them to anyone seeking a great lender!
