First and foremost I need a broker I can trust. This isn’t my area of expertise, and I don’t have time to get into the details. So I need to feel confident that my broker is looking out for my best interests throughout the process. Second, I need a competent broker, someone with good judgment who can impart sage advice and guide me toward the best option for my situation. Finally, I need a broker that executes both quickly and flawlessly throughout the entire process. Closing on a loan involves a lot of moving parts under very tight time constraints. There is no room to drop the ball. So the team members working on the loan must be very organized and be on their A-game every single day. Frank Menjivar and Andy Awad and their team have the whole package. I trust them completely, they are a pleasure to work with, and they move quickly while executing flawlessly. I’ve purchased two home loans through them, and I will never go anywhere else!

Excellent loan experience
After having experienced many previous loans, this is the best loan experience that I have ever had. In fact, the seller/broker told me they accepted my offer over a full cash offer because of the fantastic communication that prime mortgage had with the sellers. I give my highest recommendation of Prime Mortgage for anyone looking for a home loan or a refinance loan.
