A great team member with Elaine is Patricia Collini, she's out of the Orlando office and the Branch Mgr too has great communication skills. They both rocknroll with sincere and genuine assistance. As many times I needed to call, text or email the ladies they never minded helping even after hours and weekends since I usually work 12 hr days.
Lisa and Bill's Tip: we had a Construction/Perm Loan. The Underwriters, well I don't have too many things positive about those team members but for one strong complaint they need a check list for the loan officers and Processors and seemed like they always waited until the last minute on a Friday at 3pm or gave us less than 24hrs to get a document to them "or your closing will be delayed 3 more business days" No disrespect to Patricia nor Elaine but a checklist from the U/W for them to us as to exactly what's needed, what's in hand and what else is left to do sure would've helped. Yes the loan closed on time because I jumped through many hurdles in a rush or less than a 24hr deadline for the U/W while still working F/T job usually 12 hr days and dealing with a sick parent too.

Our lender didn't make us jump through hoops to get our loan, as another company had. We were pre-approved very quickly, she did it practically over the phone, she also only asked for the documents that were needed, not a lot of extras.
