This is our third loan using Dabney & FBC Mortgage. We have secured mortgages when purchasing our homes and we just refinanced the mortgage on our current home. Dabney and the FBC team make applying for a mortgage easy and efficient since almost everything is completed online. We closed the loan on our target date and all the documents and financing were in order. We are very happy with our loan rate and our experience with FBC Mortgage.

Dabney was an excellent loan officer. He was super attentive. If he didn't know an answer right away, he would let me know and then get the answer. I appreciated his willingness to help and walk me through the entire process. Buying a house can be very confusing but Dabney was great about explaining everything. Him and his staff did a fantastic job.
