From the very beginning, the communication with Dabney and his team was excellent. I could send an e-mail at any time, and would get a prompt response. The same with calls and texts. I thought the process would be very tedious, like people using other companies had told me, but it was fairly easy. I highly recommend Dabney and his team.

Dabney and his team are experts who are also people of incredible integrity and the highest work ethic and customer service. The personal service was counter cultural. He and his team were quick to respond to questions, meticulous about making sure our loan package was completed perfectly, and looking out for our financial needs over "making an extra buck". As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Dabney was a phone call away. We always felt completely at ease in his care as if a family member was fighting for us and protecting our interests. Our rate was fantastic and our closing went completely flawless. Dabney was even there personally to make sure we were taken care of and answer our questions. In today's culture it seems you have to choose between the best expert or the best in customer service but in Dabney, Kiel, and Michelle you get the highest quality of both wrapped into a fantastic team! I wish I could rate them an 11!!

Throughout the mortgage process, we found FBC to be fantastic to work with. Dabney spent time to explain the ins and outs of the application, fees, closing costs, documents, all the things we needed to understand and sign. He was readily available by phone, email, and text whenever we had a question or issue. These things were especially reassuring since we were first time homebuyers who had never been through the process before. Pam, our loan processor, was also very friendly and helpful. She worked with us diligently to help us get everything in place for our loan approval and an on-time closing. I was also particularly impressed that she took time to call and introduce herself as soon as she got our account even before she sent us anything that needed to be completed and returned. Overall, working with FBC made our first home buying experience a very positive one.

My husband and I have been so lucky to have been referred to FBC Mortgage LLC Loan officer Dabney Martin. From the start Dabney has taken care of us with purchasing our new home back in 20013 and refinancing our home in 20015 with great success. He has always been professional and kind. He was always available to us and responded back quickly to any phone calls, text, and emails. He was easy to work with. If I had any questions Dabney would make sure that he answered them and explained them in a manner I could understand.
