Although Dabney was over 300 miles away from our transaction, Dabney was a complete professional, however the Real Estate agent we chose locally was very unprofessional and virtually had no clue what he was doing. Dabney turned a horrable real estate transaction into a dream come true for us. Dabney stuck with us after we fired the Realtor, and ultimatly we found another Realtor and home. Through Dabney's unique ability we were able to close on the home in record time. Dabney did not skip a beat even though the first Realtor's performance was pathetic. We used Dabney for the first time 12 years ago, after he came HIGHLY recommended to us by a family member. He made our first home purchase extremely smooth, fast and easy for us. We have since used him for a home re-finance, and most recently, another home purchase. He has always been very honest, EXTREMELY efficient, and SO quick. We closed on our home in less than 30 days! Communication is awesome, as he responds almost immediately to emails or messages and answers his phone the majority of the time. I would recommend him to anyone and we will never go anywhere else!

When a poor appraisal caused a delay in the negotiations for our home, Dabney went above and beyond to ensure that arrangements that were acceptable to both the seller of the home and us as the buyers were reached and the closing took place as scheduled. In addition, he kept us up to date on all the movements with interest rates so that we could lock in our rate before they dramatically increased.
