This is the second time I w used Courtney Roberson as my loan processor for my mortgage and she is still the best! Courtney makes the process so easy. She’s beyond friendly & on top of every call, text, email! I’ve referred her to friends & they are so amazed how awesome she is!

My husband and I are now first time home owners thanks to FBC! We were referred to Courtney by a family member. From the first phone call to the very end, she was so incredibly helpful and involved. She sent us everything that we needed, she was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. As someone who has never owned a home before, it was very overwhelming, but Courtney and her team made the process so easy! I never once had to follow-up with her because she always let me know where we were in the process and what came next. When the time comes to buy another home, I will most certainly use FBC again! I HIGHLY recommend using them!!

I got the house
This is my first time buying a house so I wasn't really sure what to expect but working with Courtney was awesome. She was on it--providing anything and everything I or my buyer agent needed in order to submit our offers. She was quick to answer all my questions and I emailed multiple times a day. She even called me when I was having a slight freak out about the process after reading so many negative reviews of the underwriting process, but she told me she would have mentioned it if she thought there was anything to be concerned about and explained the process to me. That really helped and made the waiting days much easier. I was actually worrying for nothing because the transition was easy and everything was in order and I got the house on the projected closing day.
Gaudicia's Tip: Maybe update the website to say what happens throughout the loan process and what each step is. What's expected of the loan officer and such.

I was hesitant to use this lender because I was used to another company but Courtney was awesome! She was very quick, encouraging, and had us pre-approved in days. At one point (not due to her actions) it appeared the deal was going to fall through, but she worked with both realtors to save the sale. We were very happy to have Courtney on our side!
