Clay was great at answering any questions my wife and I had. He also did not appear to become inpatient or frustrated with the amount of questions we had which was quite a bit since we were first time homebuyers. His answers were accurate and honest to the best of his knowledge and he was very informative throughout the whole loan and home buying process. All emails and questions were answered and returned in a quick time frame.
