House loan
Everything went perfectly smooth until the last week when all the sudden I couldn’t qualify for a conventional loan and had to go with an FHA with mortgage insurance. That was a real disappointment. Chris did find me a real good rate though. Otherwise I would have cancelled the whole thing.
