For Carolina to be more patient with client buying a house shouldn't feel like the way I felt I bought a house before and the person that was in charge of the first house was amazing so relax with Carolina I was getting even anxiety every time I talk to her and when I had a question about something on the paper work she don't answer the phone for days and when she call sounds like I'm bothering her with my questions belive me if I'm getting into a loan I will have questions she needs to improve her social skills and don't let her emotion show if this get to someone and would like to talk to me or my wife we would gladly give any more details (407)925-2518

Communication was terrible. Didn’t give me information throughout the process, I had to wait for days to get an answer and charged me extremely high fees with a credit score of 750+. They said they would give me a credit that they deducted somewhere else. Stay away from this llace

Be truthful, email customer back/call, speak to client instead of sale person, took too long to close loan and drag out loan process if you can't close loan tell the Customer so they can have plan B. Charge customer discount points. Rates were lower and and same customer were calling from a different department to offer lower rate.
