My lender wasn't great at responding to emails. Especially after we closed. I asked a question about a charge that came out of my account half a dozen times and no response. I finally emailed another person from the office that I had contact with to see if she would respond. She did and I thanked her for her response. Bryan couldn't bother to respond to me but he was quick to thank her as well. Why couldn't he respond to my question that quickly?
Wendy's Tip: Respond to new home owners that are new to the process and not sure about what they are doing. Buying a new home is scary and a big purchase. Explain things more clearly.

Very Pleasant
I contacted FBC about refinancing my FHA loan and they did a great job. The refinance offer through Bank of America was awful compared to what FBC was able to do, and Bank of America led me in the wrong direction. Bryan Royal in the FBC Jacksonville office was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, walking me through the whole process and keeping me updated and informed about my loan, and I would highly recommend anyone considering a FHA streamline refinance (or other loan) to go through FBC...they know what they're doing!

Re-financing a home loan can be very stressful and time consuming. FBC made this process as streamline as possible.
