I want to add five more stars on to this review. Braxton and his team are incredible to work with and so knowledgeable about the process. Braxton handled everything thrown his way with grace and kindness. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable loan officer.

Braxton is easily one of the most helpful loan officer we’ve had the pleasure of working with! At first, our loan application was transferred to Braxton from another loan officer, and I was amazed because he reached out to us right away to make sure we were in good hands. Fast forward through the escrow period, Braxton was extremely helpful and responsive during the whole process. I am grateful that we were able to have a smooth experience on our first home purchase with the help of Braxton. Thanks again!

As first time home buyer, I was daunted when having to learn the ins and outs of owning my first home. Braxton and his team at FBC have made that process extremely less stressful and were there every step of the way to help provide me and my partner information on how it works. From random questions about when our deadlines are to what method we can pay with and what each distinct cost was in our disclosures, Braxton and his team were ready to help! They were superb on responding quickly to ease my own growing anxieties for this first big purchase. I would highly recommend working with him and his team!

Awesome Job
Braxton was 100 percent professional and friendly throughout our entire home buying process. He made sure we understood what information he needed from us and helped us along the entire way. When we were struggling to find a realtor he recommended someone he worked with in the past and she was awesome! He has an excellent team surrounding him and is always available to answer questions promptly. He was able to get a 21 day close which I’m certain helped us get into the house when there was 6 other offers. Thank you again Braxton we love our new home!
