Extremely Unprofessional, Worst Experience, Mistreating Client Behavior

We have unforgettable extremely frustrating experience with Jet Homeloans. Not only particular loan officer, but also the whole team as processer and others. It has poor management, unprofessional service, and mistreating client. As being preferred lender of our builder, we made bad decision to apply mortgage loan with Jet Homeloans. We also did ask to fail the loan because unreasonable delay process. This hold us to a very uncomfortable position. If we see Jet Homeloans again, we definitely avoid doing business with it.
