Bill has been great to work with! We initially met Bill through a 1st time homebuyer's course 5 years ago. With Bill's help, he helped coach us on what we needed to do financially to be able to qualify for what we wanted. We connected a couple of times over the years and Bill was always so helpful, his goal was helping us and getting us where we wanted to be. Finally the time was right and we had our ducks in a row. Bill was so helpful every step of the way, no matter what crazy question we had and helped make sure we were able to cross all the T's and dot all the i's. He connected with us as people and his goal was helping us achieve our goals. Highly recommend Bill for your lending needs! Bill was great. The underwriter was HORRIBLE
Underwriter delayed the entire process, requested paperwork I had already submitted multiple times, and demanded paperwork that did not exist. Bill Tice was great. Always helpful, answered calls, returned calls quickly, and made me feel like a priority. Would have been a five star review if not for the unbelievably horrible experience due to the underwriter.
